Dr Strohmeyer was very nice and very professional. It was the first time I met him. He is very competent and explains things very simply. He went over my MRI and it turns out I only need to do exercises and stretching and no surgery so I was very happy and will follow up with those recommendations.

I like my medical care provided by dr Scott. That part is very good! The office staff needs some improvements returning calls and scheduling appointments. I actually had to drive to the Bluffton office after getting no response from the front desk for three days!!! That is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. Everyone in PT that I spoke to about it and the patients I spoke to felt the same way. More staff is needed or more efficient and effective communication is needed from the current staff.
