Even though my experience was of course very individualistic, my injection didn't seem to work on me whatsoever so far. Maybe it'll take longer than I had thought it would, but unfortunately I'm still in great pain. I thought Dr Dean was very professional and straightforward and I was reminded how messed up my shoulder really was!! I'm hoping that there is more that Dr Dean can do for me in the future, besides shoulder replacement surgery, which I greatly dread!! I just hope that there are some other alternatives!!

Dr. Scott listened carefully to my concerns and history. He came up with a game plan based on this. Office staff was delightful. Very easy to make follow up appointments.

Great first time here at BOSS. Fairly quick service, considering their network was down all morning. Still got me in and out in about an hour. Good advice from Dr. Dean on what my options were and left it to me to make decisions at my own pace.

Dr. Salzer is a wonderful doctor. Every time I see him I learn something new. He really tries to explain things to you. And he listens and is caring.

Correspondence prior to the appointment was clear and thorough. From the time we entered the office to when we left, all personnel were extremely professional and very friendly.
Dr Salzar is an engaging doctor, who took time to explain my problem and suggested stages for resolution.
Visiting a physician can be stressing. This was very pleasant experience.
