I took care of the paperwork online. I was called back within 3 minutes and there was little to no waiting time between five different staff members through admin/xrays, doctor diagnosis, PA (treatment) and follow-up scheduler. The only suggestion I will make is that I felt the surgeon might have been wanting to get to the next patient. Possibly just take a seat, give the patient some moments to process the diagnosis and ask for questions. Walk us through scenarios if the prescribed treatment fails.

I could not be more impressed with Dr. Dean and his entire office and staff when I met them yesterday! Unbelievably efficient and Professional! Dr. Dean was recommended by a friend who knows that I am very particular about Docs, having been a Doctor’s daughter myself and always receiving the BEST medical care! I am now 60 years old and having lead a very active life in sports, (and the injuries that go along with them!), I am confident that Dr. Dean will help me to continue being well cared for enabling me to be fit and very active long into my senior years!!!

Pleased that he felt that my past 5 weeks of PT has strengthened my left shoulder and that only 2 more weeks of PT will lead to a final decision as to what type of surgery will best help resolve my problem. Looking forward to a positive status which will help do the job!

Dr.Salzer has been a favorite local physician of mine for over twenty years now. He treated my son after my son's sport injury. He was knowledgeable, patient and caring. He was kind enough to run extensive diagnostic test on me, after I'd suffer years of undiagnosed pain.

Dr. Dean has to preform a knee replacement on my right knee. Today was pre op consultation. Dr Dean was very informative on what to expect. I have confidence in Dr.Dean and have been for years.

Experience was very thorough, professional and educational throughout the entire process- original consultation, pre-surgery orientation, surgery prep, surgery, in home physical therapy, out patient physical therapy. My new knee is fully functional and I'm again able to enjoy an active life with family and friends. As a result, we're sending our daughter for consultation for her knee. Thanks to the entire team. Bravo zulu !
