Dr Dean explains everything very well. He tells you what your options are. He also try’s the conservative methods first instead of jumping into surgery. He is very pleasant and has a very good bedside manner.

Want to laud what an incredible physician Ralph Salzer is As someone who has needed health care from an early age, 16 tears old, I’m, at 73 , in awe of a truly great Dr. I believe most Drs do their best, but some simply are born to be the Best Dr. Appreciating him, his staff, and so grateful for his care.

Dr Salzar is the best doctor in Beaufort for Orthopedic care. He and his staff are wonderful to work with at the office and care very helpful should you have any questions. He will be doing a full hip replacement on me, and I know that I will be in good hands.

While on vacation on Hilton Head, I fell and broke my elbow. Upon going to urgent care, Dr Scott was contacted and had me come in following day for consult. Being far from home, I appreciated his compassion,calm reassurance about surgery needed.I was given choice to return to my home state or have him do surgery. I was very impressed, confident with his credentials, and chose to have surgery 2 days later and recuperate at ocean shore. Surgery went well as did post op meeting.we left HH with Dr Scott assurance he would be available for any questions, needs, concerns. Skilled with compassionate, yet upbeat bed side manner.

Dr. Dean is an excellent surgeon, concise in his descriptions and no-nonsense in his approach! I’m probably going to need my other rotator cuff repaired in couple years and will definitely choose Dr. Dean again.
