Dr Scott and his staff at the Hilton Head office were great. I was surprised at how long Dr Scott spent exposing his findings, professional opinions, alternatives, and answering my many questions. Most doctors will not take as much time as he did

The receptionist at the front desk with shoulder length straight hair was down right rude. My daughter had an appt at 1:30. We had already rescheduled our appointment because the physician could not make the appointment time we had previously scheduled, and we were fine with that. When the receptionist rescheduled appointment, I told her that my daughter gets out of school at 1:15 and 1:30 would be tight, and she said it would be fine. I called to say we would be a but late because my daughter was driving from Prep, it was raining and traffic was terrible. The receptionist said “well you are already 5 minutes late, so how much longer will you be?” I apologized and said it will only be about 5 more minutes. When we arrived, and checked in, she was rude once again. She said “well, you are over 15min late so let me see if they will even see you.” I am a nurse in a doctors office and I would never speak to patients like that. Weather happens, and sometimes people run late. At least I called and let them know we would still be on our way. I would’ve just said we understand and we will work you in as soon as possible. Literally, our appointment only took two minutes. There is no need for that type of attitude towards anyone.

Dr. Scott is an upbeat professional who has a mastery of his field of expertise. He repaired my Adhesive Encapsulitus and reattached a torn rotator cuff muscle.. Pain management was excellent throughout. Recommendation for a local P.T. group proved excellent.
I was very pleased with my total surgical experience and would recommend Dr. Scott to others in need of his services.

Dr. Scott was very attentive to my concerns and addressed them all to my satisfaction. He explains in detail what he feels the issues are and exactly how they can be addressed, makes referrals when appropriate, and doesn't rush the process as some doctors do. He gave me the time I needed to explain my concerns fully.

Dr Sander is very intelligent and professional; the moment I told him the location of my pain , he already figured out the causes and the treatment. I can’t wait to see the results of the surgery he is about to give me.

Very thorough and Dr. Salzer explains everything in a way that you can understand your problems and ways to remedy them. Would highly recommend Dr Salzer and his staff.
