Dr. Dean has now replaced both of my knees. There is a reason I returned to him both times I had a terrific outcome! Professional office, lots of preparation, lots of experience and attentive recovery guidance. We are so very lucky to have Dr. Dean on Hilton Head.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Scott for a number of years, and has followed him to wherever his practice may have taken him. He is currently with Boss Orthopedic ‘s and we had opportunity to see him yesterday. Having not seen him in a number of years he was as charming as ever as professional as ever, and the staff was wonderful too. We highly recommend!

My second knee replacement surgery by Dr DelGaizo. I couldn't be more pleased with his staff and the experience he provides, ( two times now) to answer all my questions and help me feel relaxed and have confidence in the entire procedure. Dr Salzer is Awesome very caring and attentive to your situation. He takes time to listen and also explains what is going on in that situation he is very compassionate and he e does not rush you out he finds the solution to your problem I would recommend Dr Salzer to all my friends family and anyone I meet that needs an orthopedic Doctor. The staff at Boss Orthopedic is wonderful you are made to feel at home when you enter the doors a very friendly and caring staff from the the front desk to the waiting rooms again Igive them the highest rating possible Dr Salzer and his team are fantastic

Dr Salzer is awesome !!! He is very caring and super Knowledgeable his bedside manner is super. Dr. Dean treats you like an intelligent person who should participate in your medical decisions. He has since my first appointment. He has standards. He got me off my few cigarettes a day habit and I have stayed smoke free since 2020. If Osteoarthritis is going to be my primary medical problem as I age, I am so fortunate to have Dr Dean as my partner.
