Well designed building and layout. Staff greeted me with a smile and welcome. Check in was efficient. I interacted with three of staff for various procedures in addition to the doctor. All were very professional. Dr Dean was articulate in describing the problem with three options for resolution. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Scott was very kind and explained everything that I need. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he answered everything I needed to know. I feel comfortable with him as my surgeon.

I found my patient experience to be very positive for multiple reasons: 1) I called with an issue as a new patient and secured an appointment relatively quickly. 2). I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment having completed my pre-registration on-line and was met by a warm and clearly competent admin professional to get checked in. 3) I was called in at precisely 2:30. 4) The admitting nurse asked questions that clearly demonstrated her knowledge of my area of concern (hip), and set me up for an immediate X-ray. 5. The X-ray tech showed up almost immediately and was very easy (in fact fun) to work with - but also professional to the degree of ensuring each image was clear before having me move to another position 6) Dr Del Gaizo arrived in my exam room within 2 mins of my return from X-ray 7) He listened to my symptoms and then walked me through his diagnosis in language I could understand, that made sense to me all backstopped by his frequent pointing to specifics on the X-ray displayed on his screen. I came away feeling I was in good hands with him. All said and done - I went in at 2:30 and was on my way back home at 3:05 feeling well cared for, not feeling rushed in the least but believing I was dealing with a very well run, professional organization. Bravo to all.

Dr Salzer listened, explained, discussed x rays, and treatment plan. I was very impressed with his knowledge , and attention to my overall health. I feel very confident in him!
